The Role


We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Strategist to own our sales engine end-to-end.


This is not a support role.
You will build, run, and optimize the system that generates leads, fills calendars, and drives consistent revenue.

What You’ll Own



  • Lead Generation Engine (outbound, partnerships, referrals, reactivation)

  • CRM & Pipeline Management (no stale leads, no missed follow-ups)

  • Speed-to-Lead Enforcement (≤ 5 minutes)

  • Closer Calendar Coverage (always full and prepared)

  • “Free Audit” Funnel (lead magnet → consult → close)

  • Partnership Pipeline (coaches, agencies, vendors, communities)


What Success Looks Like



  • Consistent weekly booked consult volume

  • High speed-to-lead compliance

  • Clean, fully tracked pipeline (zero orphan leads)

  • Closers fully booked 7 days ahead

  • Strong partner-driven lead flow


Your Day-to-Day



  • Run daily sales scoreboard (7:00 AM CST)

  • Enforce follow-ups and pipeline hygiene

  • Oversee outbound execution (via Appointment Setter)

  • Build and manage partnerships

  • Reactivate old leads and mine warm opportunities

  • Ensure every lead has a next step


Key Metrics (KPIs)



  • Booked consults/week

  • Show rate & close rate

  • Speed-to-lead compliance

  • Stale leads (count + aging)

  • Partner-sourced leads

  • Audit → consult conversions

Team Structure


You’ll report to the Director of Executive Operations and manage an Appointment Setter.
You will support multiple closers by keeping their calendars full and deals moving.

  • Slack


Work Setup



  • Remote (Philippines-based)

  • Must align with CST hours

  • Daily scoreboard at 7:00 AM CST (non-negotiable)
