Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to our customers through various communication channels. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

  • Internet Requirements: Hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to your home (FiOS or FiberOptic). You must have a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed. This ensures you can handle calls, access systems, and assist customers without technical interruptions.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice. We need team members who can adapt to changing business needs and work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Home Office Environment: Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions. This means having a dedicated workspace where you can devote full attention to customers during work hours—free from barking dogs, television noise, music, children, or other interruptions that could impact the quality of your service.
