About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Hilton Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation team. This high-visibility role will play a critical part in driving the growth and expansion of Customer Marketing in both Hilton and arenaflex Channels, from our existing Card Members. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing growth and loyalty strategies that drive sustainable spend and engagement across customer proven revenue driving treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end marketing campaign strategies to deliver growth marketing campaigns to existing Hilton Card Members, driving spend and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to build and optimize growth from proven treatment campaigns in arenaflex and Hilton-owned channels, including Upgrades, SAS, Fingerprint, and Plan It.
- Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to create and optimize loyalty campaigns, including marketing campaigns such as Monthly eNewsletters, Refer a Friend (MGM), Re-engagement Opportunities, Amex & Industry Offers, Hilton Promotions, and Benefit Reinforcement.
- Lead general campaign management activities, including creative/messaging approach, execution, results analysis, monthly forecasting, and budget management.
- Develop and maintain a customer marketing scorecard to track performance and report out on performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing.
- Partner with retention teams to optimize offers and analyze monthly reporting trends.
- Partner with creative agencies to develop innovative and impactful marketing communications to drive business results.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong relationship building and partner management skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, with customer marketing and arenaflex marketing tools/process a plus.
- Skilled with analyzing performance data and able to pull out the "so what" to propel growth strategies.
- Passionate, customer-first marketer who is able to challenge the status-quo and is passionate about delivering value to our Card Members.
- Analytical and "outside of the box" thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a will to win.
- Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and desire to work on a fun, fast-paced team.
- BA/BS Required.
