Requirements
Strong English and Spanish communication skills (C1 level).
Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales outreach, preferably within IT services, outsourcing, or consulting.
Confident, energetic, and goal-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and professional home setup.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
