<p><strong>Location:</strong> London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in-office) <br><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Mid-Senior (8-10 years) <br><strong>Sector:</strong> Digital Advertising / Media / Retail</p><br><br>The Opportunity<br><br><p>We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded <strong>Product Specialist/Sales Specailist Manager</strong> to join one of the world's leading technology platforms. This is a high-visibility, 12-month maternity cover role focused on driving video advertising growth within the UK's most prestigious retail accounts.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Sales:</strong> Refine and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the UK market, focusing on a high-priority portfolio of retail clients.</li><li><strong>Expert Pitching:</strong> Build and deliver compelling narratives to C-suite stakeholders, showcasing the unique value proposition of our video and brand solutions.</li><li><strong>Revenue Growth:</strong> Partner with internal account teams to expand "wallet share" and shift budgets from traditional TV/AV toward digital video.</li><li><strong>Product Advocacy:</strong> Act as a thought leader on the latest video features and ad formats, educating both internal teams and external agency partners.</li><li><strong>Consultative Insights:</strong> Use data-driven deep dives to provide tactical recommendations that solve complex business challenges for major retailers.</li></ul><br><br>What We're Looking For<br><br><ul><li><strong>Media Landscape Expertise:</strong> 8-10 years of experience within TV, Social Video, Digital, or Programmatic media.</li><li><strong>The "Agency DNA":</strong> Ideally, you come from a Media Agency background (e.g., AV Manager, Business Director, or Commerce Planner) or a similar role at a major tech platform.</li><li><strong>Commercial Polish:</strong> Proven experience in client-facing roles with a track record of pitching and closing high-value branding agreements.</li><li><strong>Sector Knowledge:</strong> Experience working with the <strong>Retail</strong> sector is highly advantageous.</li><li><strong>Collaborative Mindset:</strong> Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization.</li></ul><br><br>Role Details<br><br><ul><li><strong>Duration:</strong> 12-month fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover).</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in-office; Monday/Friday remote).</li><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> Mid-April (Urgent hire).</li></ul><p><strong>Apply: </strong>If you are interested then please apply or share your updated CV on yogeshwari .sen @randstad digital .com with your availability and I will give you a call back to discuss the role further.</p><p>Randstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p>
