What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Partner with scientific subject matter experts to analyze current workflows and define future-state requirements
• Support the configuration and validation of a commercial LIMS platform tailored to laboratory needs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories and process maps
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in managing project timelines
• Build effective relationships with laboratory and IT stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or scientific informatics role
• Experience in a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory workflows and LIMS systems is a significant plus
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver in a contract or project-based engagement

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
• Comfort with reading and interpreting data flows and system integration diagrams
• Basic understanding of API-based system integrations and data exchange concepts
