We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our People/HR Division as part of our Benefits Group. As a Senior Analyst focusing on Global Health and Welfare Benefits, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing international benefit programs that support our colleagues around the world. What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst in our Global Benefits department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our international health and welfare programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of global health and welfare benefit programs, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Coordinating with local HR teams and Specialty units across our international locations to ensure seamless delivery of health and voluntary benefits to employees worldwide.
- Managing global consulting and broker activities, serving as the primary liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to execute strategic benefit initiatives.
- Evaluating vendor service effectiveness through performance metrics and data analysis, identifying opportunities for enhancement and leading the implementation of strategic solutions.
- Ensuring vendor compliance with all regulatory requirements, including managing administration policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws.
- Developing and coordinating health and wellness activities, programs, and initiatives designed to support the physical and mental well-being of our global employee population.
- Creating compelling presentations and reports suitable for senior leadership review, effectively communicating proposed global benefit programs and their strategic value.
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform benefit strategy decisions and program improvements.
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience independently gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Strong foundation in benefits administration, with familiarity of health and welfare programs in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of health benefits industry trends, regulations, and best practices at the national and international level.
- Previous experience with global benefit plans, including voluntary programs and international health coverage options.
- Understanding of global benefits compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with international HR teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Professional certifications in benefits administration or human resources (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.

- In-depth knowledge of broad benefits programs, including both self-financed and fully funded benefit plans, as well as voluntary and wellness programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and complex formula creation.
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities to extract, manipulate, and analyze data as part of benefit program analysis and design.
- Ability to independently create professional presentations appropriate for executive-level review and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cultural boundaries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
