Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate Digital Product Manager to join our Automation Innovation team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategy, discovery, and execution of cutting-edge chat automation capabilities that will revolutionize how we serve our customers. You will collaborate closely with product teams, including Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and business partners to shape our conversational AI customer support products.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Product Discovery: Drive continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that present opportunities to elevate the customer experience. You'll be responsible for gathering customer insights, analyzing conversational data, and translating findings into actionable product requirements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities. You'll use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across different value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. You'll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Product Definition & Roadmap: Collaborate with the core product team to define customer stories, map product definitions, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria. You'll identify and elevate any need for additional research to define future feature designs.
  • Testing & Optimization: Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation solutions. Identify ways to improve the experience through iterative testing and optimization cycles.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and design clear, data-informed product recommendations. You'll create dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate product performance to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Product Backlog Management: Maintain and refine the product backlog, mapping customer stories to end-user needs while prioritizing for business value. You'll ensure that the team is always working on the most impactful features and improvements.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the definition and creation of product strategy, roadmap, release plans, and overall customer experience. You'll contribute to strategic planning sessions and help shape the long-term vision for our conversational AI platforms.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
