As a Senior Client Executive at arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage our premier resources and comprehensive solution suite to create meaningful impact for our clients. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, understanding evolving client needs, and introducing innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

This experience should include working with major accounts in matrixed environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizations and align resources effectively to achieve client objectives.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Strong client engagement skills encompassing relationship-building, opportunity identification, and equitable negotiation. You must be capable of developing trust-based partnerships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes across multiple functional areas.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. While we value formal education, we also recognize that equivalent professional experience can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and capabilities.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month, with primary travel focused on the East Coast region. This travel is essential for building strong in-person relationships with key stakeholders and attending strategic meetings.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

We are also particularly interested in candidates who bring additional expertise in the following areas. Whether you are highly proficient or would benefit from development support, we are committed to helping you grow in these competencies:

  • Credit Card Payments Ecosystem: Deep understanding of the credit card payments ecosystem, with particular expertise in working with co-branded and private label issuers. Knowledge of this specialized area will enable you to provide tailored solutions that address unique client challenges.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen for accurate forecasting, program oversight, and ROI analysis. You should be comfortable analyzing financial data, developing business cases, and demonstrating the value proposition of our solutions to financial decision-makers.

  • Technical Migration Experience: Experience supporting technical migration and modernization initiatives. This includes understanding of legacy system transitions, digital transformation projects, and the ability to guide clients through complex technology implementations.

  • Contract Management: Legal expertise in managing complex contracts and leading concurrent initiatives. You should be familiar with negotiating favorable terms, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Data Analytics: Highly analytical with a strong grasp of data assets and the ability to articulate their business value. You should be capable of translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for our clients.

Impact You'll Make

As a Senior Client Executive at arenaflex, your contributions will directly impact our organization's success and the success of our valued Tier 1 clients. In this role, you will:

  • Trusted Advisory Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Tier 1 financial services clients, aligning strategic goals with arenaflex's comprehensive solutions. • Strategic Account Planning: Lead the strategic account planning process, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our resources. This includes developing account strategies, setting growth targets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Senior Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships across marketing and risk functions throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will serve as the connecting thread between arenaflex and our clients' leadership teams.
