As a Senior Client Executive, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between arenaflex and our top-tier financial services accounts. Your role goes beyond traditional account management—you'll be a trusted advisor, strategic planner, and growth catalyst. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing and risk functions to understand their unique challenges and position arenaflex's solutions as the key to unlocking their business potential.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the need for occasional in-person collaboration. You'll travel approximately 1-2 times per month, primarily on the East Coast, to build stronger relationships and attend strategic meetings with key clients.

Compensation
We recognize that great talent deserves competitive compensation. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings, with commission targets generally ranging from 20% - 50% of base salary, varying based on position and performance. At arenaflex, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
