Overview of the Role

The Senior Conversion Copywriter will develop high-converting copy for B2B tech campaigns, leveraging AI-powered workflows and strategic insights to drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create compelling content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with cross-functional teams to write copy for short and long-form conversion-driven assets.

• Editing and proofreading content created by internal teams and freelancers, including case studies, leader bios, ads, and social posts.

• Proposing new copy experiments and improvements to existing assets, including website and landing pages.

• Assisting with the development of AI-powered workflows, custom GPTs/GEMs, or other AI copywriting assistants and agents.

Requirements:

• Copywriting Experience: 3+ years in copywriting roles

• Industry Experience: 1+ year with North American-based tech companies

• Technical Background: Experience with technical services or products

• Specialization: Expertise in Conversion Copywriting or Direct Response Copywriting

• Content Type: Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages

• AI Skills: Basic prompt engineering capabilities

• Tools: Experience with generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini

Desirable Skills:

• Extended Experience: 5+ years in copywriting roles

• B2B Expertise: 3+ years with US-based tech companies

• Specific Sectors: Experience in software development or consulting

• Additional Expertise:

• Sales experience

• Copyhackers' training

• AI/prompt certifications

• Additional marketing channel experience

• Advanced AI Skills:

• Intermediate+ prompt engineering

• Experience extracting messaging insights from raw data

• Ability to build structured AI workflows

• Experience with platforms like n8n or Agent Builder
