About the Role: Senior Coordinator, Service Center Operations

As a Senior Coordinator, Service Center Operations, you will serve as a crucial resource to our service center leadership and teams. This position combines strategic administrative support with hands-on operational responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in keeping teams running smoothly.

You will work closely with Directors and their service center teams, providing high-level administrative assistance while maintaining strict confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and demonstrating creativity in problem-solving. Your contributions will ensure that leadership can focus on strategic initiatives while you manage the day-to-day details that keep operations flowing seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Executive Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Director(s) and their service center team(s), maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality while demonstrating excellent judgment, professionalism, and creativity in all interactions.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Oversee complex calendar management, arrange appointments, handle phone calls, and coordinate large team meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Team Support and Resource Coordination: Lead and address team needs including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory areas, assisting with planning and executing team events, updating team communication boards, and managing conference room reservations.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Create travel arrangements for leadership team members and process expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • New Team Member Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding and setup of new colleagues, coordinate team welcome programs, and serve as an ongoing resource for the service center(s) you support.
  • Project Participation: Engage in division projects and activities as assigned, contributing your expertise and ideas to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Flexibility: Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and organizational success.

Expected Schedule and Work Arrangement

This position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement:


  • Hours: Variable 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST

  • Flexibility: Occasional later shifts (1-2 times per month) may be required, scheduled in advance

  • On-Site Requirement: Work on-site at arenaflex Printing Services in Brooklyn Park, MN approximately 1-2 days per week

  • Remote Component: Partial remote work capability, balancing in-person collaboration with flexibility

What We're Looking For: Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements


  • Education: High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, office coordination, or related fields
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including:

    • Outlook for calendar management and communications

    • Word for document preparation

    • Excel for data management and basic analysis

    • Access for database assistance

    • PowerPoint for presentation creation

    • Visio for process diagrams and flowcharts (preferred)


  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional task orientation with a strong sense of urgency and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Adaptability: Highly flexible with a strong internal drive and the ability to adjust to fluctuating workloads and changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience supporting service center or contact center operations

  • Experience in a retail or corporate environment

  • Demonstrated success in event planning and coordination

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

Hourly Compensation

Pay Range: $16.68 - $30.05 per hour
