Posted 2026-05-05CO Salary Range: USD 68,000.00 - 122,210.00 per yearJob Requisition ID #26WD97676Position OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead post-sale success for Autodesk's largest and most strategic Media & Entertainment (M&E) enterprise customers in AMER.This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through adoption, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and orchestrating cross-functional Autodesk teams to deliver long-term customer value.You will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts, owning the success planning and execution required to align Autodesk solutions to customer priorities, accelerate innovation, and maximize return on investment.This role is critical to Autodesk's enterprise success in Media & Entertainment, supporting industry-leading organizations across areas such as visual effects, animation, and game development as they modernize workflows and scale their businesses.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of large, strategic M&E enterprise accountsOwn and drive post-sale success, including success planning, execution, and long-term value realizationLead success planning engagements to define business outcomes, success metrics, and adoption roadmaps aligned to customer prioritiesTranslate customer goals into industry workflows, solution strategies, and measurable ROIBuild and maintain trusted relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders, including C-levelAct as a strategic advisor, bringing industry expertise and thought leadership in Media & Entertainment workflowsLead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate value realization, adoption progress, risks, and forward strategyDrive broad and deep adoption of Autodesk solutions tied to customer business initiativesEnsure customers achieve measurable business outcomes and ROI through structured value trackingIdentify and support opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with Sales and account teamsMonitor account health and customer sentiment, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to adoption and value deliveryDevelop and execute risk mitigation and recovery plans, escalating critical issues with clear recommendationsPartner with Sales on renewal readiness and long-term account strategyOrchestrate internal Autodesk teams (Sales, Consulting, Support, Product) to align the right resources to customer priorities at the right timeDrive alignment across stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments to ensure execution against success plansAct as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback and insights to influence internal strategyLead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that drive transformation across customer organizationsApply program and change management practices to ensure successful execution of strategic initiativesNavigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity with a focus on outcomesMinimum Qualifications5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Consulting, or similar customer-facing rolesProven experience managing large enterprise accounts and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsDemonstrated ability to own and execute success plans tied to measurable business outcomesExperience engaging with senior and executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisionsStrong understanding of SaaS business models and value driversExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skillsHigh emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguity and competing prioritiesBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience in Media & Entertainment workflows (e.g., VFX, animation, virtual production, game development)Background in program management, change management, or digital transformation initiativesStrong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to quantify and communicate business valueExperience working with Enterprise Business Agreements (EBA) or similar enterprise modelsFamiliarity with Autodesk or comparable creative tool ecosystemsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,000 and $122,210. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
