What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across our streaming and commerce ecosystems. Your work will directly contribute to increasing subscriber acquisition, improving customer experiences, and optimizing business performance. Here's what you can expect in this role:

• Build Comprehensive Analyses and Dashboards: Create insightful data visualizations and multi-user reporting tools that provide critical support for operations and decision-making in our signup and commerce product spaces. Your dashboards will empower teams to monitor key metrics and identify trends in real-time.


• Answer Core Business Questions: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing analytical expertise across various signup and commerce streams on our streaming platforms. You will help improve customer experiences and drive conversion rates by uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.


• Advance Analytical Capabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytical solutions that scale. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional data insights and products that influence business strategy and performance.


• Leverage Technical Tools: Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages (such as Python or R) to access, manipulate, and analyze both structured and unstructured data. You will develop efficient data pipelines and automated reporting processes.


• Apply Statistical Methods: Utilize descriptive and inferential statistics—including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression, and factor analysis—to understand cohort behaviors and value patterns. Your statistical expertise will drive impactful recommendations across the organization.


• Support Global Initiatives: Contribute to our recently expanded global tiering initiatives, helping to analyze performance across different market segments and inform expansion strategies.


• Present to Leadership: Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and securing buy-in for data-driven recommendations.

• End-to-End Project Experience: A proven track record of delivering complete analysis projects—from ambiguous requirements to a compelling narrative, communicated effectively across diverse audiences, and ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.


• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). You must be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and technical collaborators. Experience presenting to senior leadership is a plus.


• Independence and Motivation: The ability to work autonomously, manage your own priorities, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
