What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst – Customer Experience Insights, you will serve as a trusted data expert within a cross-functional team dedicated to a high-priority CX initiative. Your role combines business acumen, customer empathy, and advanced analytical skills to drive meaningful recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the Subject Matter Expert: Develop an unparalleled understanding of the customer data domain for your assigned initiative. Know what data exists, how to join disparate data sources, and how to leverage it to tell compelling stories, inform decisions, and answer complex business questions.
- Data Exploration & Discovery: Conduct continuous discovery and exploration of data to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities that can improve customer experiences.
- Dashboard Development: Design, create, and maintain advanced front-end dashboards using tools such as Tableau. Ensure these dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key CX metrics.
- SQL Query Development: Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries that power our reporting infrastructure and analytical workflows.
- Data Platform Contribution: Participate in the design and development of our new CX data platform. Create foundational queries and comprehensive documentation to enable business teams to connect to and utilize this new data source effectively.
- Impact Measurement: Track and measure the benefits of CX initiatives using multiple stitched data sources. Quantify the impact of improvements and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Reporting Excellence: Establish reporting standards and best practices. Architect and implement robust reporting frameworks that ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Presentation: Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data in meaningful ways. Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Data Quality: Perform data cleansing, validation, and preparation. Ensure data integrity across all analytical outputs and reporting tools.
- Ad Hoc Analytics: Respond to urgent analytical requests from business partners, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making.

Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a field related to data science, statistics, business analytics, economics, or a comparable discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field. For senior-level roles, 4-6 years of specific data analysis experience is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries, including stored procedures and joins across multiple tables.
- Visualization Skills: Demonstrated experience creating front-end dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Techniques: Familiarity with advanced analytics methodologies, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively in a team environment.
