Position Overview

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to join our Information Adventures team, specifically our "Know Your Customer" initiative. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading ad-hoc product analysis and building critical data solutions to gain a deeper understanding of the arenaflex customer. You'll support the Product Management team in expanding our suite of customer-centric products by identifying and evaluating new product opportunities and proposing flexible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst III at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span across multiple domains, including data preparation, analysis, visualization, and strategic recommendation. Here's what you can expect to do in this role:

• Data Preparation and Cleaning: Clean and prepare data for analysis by removing errors, identifying anomalies, and transforming data into a format suitable for analysis. You'll ensure data integrity and consistency across all datasets.
• Exploratory Data Analysis: Investigate data and analyze it for insights using statistical methods to test hypotheses, identify trends, and make predictions. You'll apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities.
• Programming and Automation: Develop and maintain programming scripts, particularly in Python, to automate repetitive analysis tasks and build scalable data solutions that can be reused across the organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on data. You'll translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy in data analysis with meticulous attention to detail, recognizing inconsistencies or errors in data and implementing corrective measures.
• Visualization and Reporting: Clearly communicate findings, both in writing and orally, to non-technical stakeholders. Create compelling dashboards and reports that convey insights effectively using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Business Problem Solving: Develop solutions to business problems using data-driven approaches, working closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and identify opportunities.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with other developers, engineers, and management leaders, understanding their needs and providing them with valuable data insights that drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Here's what we're looking for:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with other programming languages is beneficial.
