Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to oversee and execute complex data analysis projects that support our strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Plan and execute analysis cycles related to a wide variety of datasets used for data mining and investigation. Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine both structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources to enable informed business decisions.


• Business Insight Generation: Gain a deep understanding of key business issues and expectations by applying advanced statistical methodologies. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.


• Project Development: With moderate guidance, create solutions from initial concept through production deployment. Manage the full lifecycle of analytical projects, including requirements gathering, data extraction, analysis, visualization, and presentation.


• Technology Utilization: Effectively utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate market trends and develop meaningful insights and recommendations for management. Stay current with industry best practices and innovative analytical approaches.


• Decision Support: Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making across the organization. Provide evidence-based recommendations that align with corporate strategy.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance from an accredited institution.


• Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.


• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in analysis software and applications. Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
