What You Will Do

As a Data Scientist specializing in Talent Acquisition Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our hiring processes through data-driven insights and automation. Your responsibilities will span the entire data lifecycle—from sourcing and cleaning to modeling, presenting, and automating. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with recruiters, software developers, and business leaders to understand pain points, define business processes, and deliver analytical solutions that address real-world hiring challenges.


• Analyze Complex Datasets: Leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. Design and develop data transformations that solve specific business problems and uncover hidden patterns.

• Automate Talent Acquisition Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows through intelligent automation, reducing cycle times and enhancing the candidate experience.

Who You Are

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.


• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming tools (e.g., R, SAS, MATLAB).


• Machine Learning Experience: At least 3 years of experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.


• Applied Modeling Skills: Demonstrated experience translating theoretical models into practical, real-world applications that deliver measurable business value.


• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to approach ambiguous problems with structure, creativity, and persistence.


• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or Computer Science.


• Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist at a leading technology company.


• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or HR analytics is a strong plus.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies.


• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.


• Experience with candidate relationship management systems and ATS platforms.
