Senior Fintech Architect/Project Manager

Note:Pay rate is based on c2c only

Our client is a Fintech company.

Candidates MUST be in the United States and be USC or Permanent Residents only as the position has the potential to become permanent down the line

Must be willing to work PST as needed

Seeking a Senior FinTech Architect/Project Manager with direct experience leading the development and/or integration of market applications for lender clients on one or more of the following core platforms:Thought Machine/Jack Henry/Fiserv/CSI/Finastra

You must have successfully led projects that involved building, integrating, or deploying

market-facing applications (digital banking extensions, lending modules, API-driven services,

embedded fintech solutions, etc.) on top of one of these core systems.

This is for someone who understands core banking architecture, lender operational workflows, compliance constraints, and the realities of delivering into regulated environments.

Core Platform & Market App Leadership

● Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech market applications integrated with core banking

systems (Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, and/or Finastra).

● Manage API integrations, third-party connectivity, data mapping, and core processing

constraints.

Cross-Functional Delivery

Required Experience

● 7+ years of project or program management experience in fintech or banking technology.

● Direct experience delivering market applications integrated with Fiserv, CSI, Jack

Henry, or Finastra.

● Demonstrated experience managing API-based integrations with core banking platforms.

● Experience working with lender clients

● Strong understanding of core banking architecture, data flows, and vendor integration

● Experience navigating post-acquisition system or vendor integration
• Candidate who can build, refine, and execute a “project playbook” independently.
• Must have experience working directly with C-Suite – very important
• Is not a “Sales VP” type but more a project architect/builder/executive type
• Without a roadmap must be able to deliver in the space needed models.
• Experience operating in regulated financial environments.

Pay: $90.00 - $115.00 per hour

Experience:
• Fintech Project Management: 10 years (Required)
• Working with C-Suite: 5 years (Required)
• Independently building/refining a project playbook from zero: 5 years (Required)
• Open API/Swagger: 5 years (Required)
• Fiserv or Finastra or CSI or Jack Henry or Thought Machine: 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
