Senior Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote – CA) | High Commission + Full Support

Job Summary

Park Place Collective is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in California who are licensed and in good standing with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) and/or DRE.

This is a remote, high-commission opportunity designed for Loan Officers who want to increase production, expand product offerings, and operate with full backend support while having direct access to ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Originate residential and commercial loan opportunities (purchase, refinance, and business financing)
• Structure loan scenarios and guide clients through the mortgage process
• Build and maintain referral relationships (real estate agents, financial professionals, business owners)
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams for efficient closings
• Stay current on mortgage guidelines, loan programs, and market trends

Requirements (Must Have)
• Minimum 2+ years Mortgage Loan Officer experience
• Active California mortgage license
• Must be in good standing with DFPI and/or DRE
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
• Proven ability to generate or manage a pipeline
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Non-QM, Jumbo, Investor, or Commercial lending
• Established referral network
• Self-sourced business background
• Comfortable operating in a remote environment
