Senior OT Cybersecurity Specialist

Experience: 7+ years (OT / ICS Cybersecurity)

Role Overview: Seeking a seasoned OT Cybersecurity professional to conduct OT gap assessments and baselining, support ISO 27001 / NIS2 implementation, and provide day‑to‑day OT security operations support across industrial environments.

• Perform OT cybersecurity gap assessments and maturity baselining.
  


• Implement and align OT controls with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2 requirements.
  


• Support daily OT services:
  




• OT Active Directory / domain support
  


• Backup and recovery
  


• Anti-virus / endpoint protection
  




• Support OT security architecture, network segmentation, and remote access.
  


• Assist with OT vulnerability management, audits, and incident support.
  


• Collaborate with OT engineering, IT, and security teams.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years in OT / ICS cybersecurity (SCADA, DCS, PLC environments).
  


• Strong experience with OT security assessments & compliance.
  


• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 27001; working understanding of NIS2.
  


• Experience supporting OT infrastructure operations (domain, backup, AV).
  


• Familiarity with OT security standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800‑82 preferred).
