Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Capabilities team. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative lending and pricing strategies that will shape the future of our consumer financial products. You will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new pricing strategies, creating detailed requirements for execution, and driving the delivery of these strategies from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Pricing Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in enabling the growth and delivery of U.S. consumer lending products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy Development: Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to shape innovative lending and pricing strategies that address evolving customer needs and market opportunities.
• Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the viability of proposed pricing strategies by conducting thorough analysis and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Requirements Creation: Develop comprehensive and detailed requirements documentation to guide the execution of pricing strategies, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the development process.
• Execution Leadership: Drive the implementation and delivery of pricing strategies, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the development of test environments and monitoring instruments to ensure the quality and reliability of new pricing capabilities.
