Senior Property Manager ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)

Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced property and real estate managers who can help train their latest language model on property management tasks.

We're looking for senior professionals with 5+ years managing large residential, commercial, or community association portfolios to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core property management workflows: lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting and financial reporting, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.

Compensation:
$75/hour

• 5+ years managing a significant property or community association portfolio at a top firm or large REIT
