Responsibilities:
Negotiate government contracts, grants, and subcontracts in accordance with FAR and other applicable rules and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with FAR and other applicable regulations.
Analyze and monitor government contracts, grants, and subcontracts to identify potential issues and risks.
Monitor and report on government contracts, grants, and subcontracts to ensure they are being managed and executed in accordance with terms and conditions.
Provide advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders with regards to the management and execution of government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
Maintain and update records related to government contracts, grants, and subcontracts.
Ensure that all deadlines are met and that all deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
