Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform

  • Configure and customize HRSD modules including:

    • HR Case Management

    • Employee Service Center

    • Lifecycle Events

    • HR Catalog & Record Producers

    • Knowledge Management



  • Develop and customize ITSM modules:

    • Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management



  • Implement and manage ITOM modules:

    • Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)



  • Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts

  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Configure and maintain MID Servers, data sources, and API integrations

  • Develop workflows using Flow Designer and customize Service Portal / Employee Center

  • Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics KPIs

  • Maintain and enhance CMDB and Discovery processes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions



Required Skills


  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

  • Strong experience in HRSD module implementation (minimum 4+ years preferred)

  • Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, UI Policies)

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules

  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Employee Center

  • Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations

  • Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes



Preferred Skills


  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments
