- What you need to have is:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Italian language skills (C1)
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
- Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
- Readiness to work on shifts Monday to Sunday
- Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skill
- High school education
