- *Role Responsibilities
- Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms. Kickstart 0 to 1 efforts, accelerate execution, and improve quality/outcomes via programmatic and technical solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets. Communicate findings to stakeholders and support real-time decision-making.
- Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
- Identify program risks proactively. Develop data-backed mitigation plans and communicate updates clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Manage programs to identify opportunities and predict roadblocks through data analysis. Strengthen cross-functional relationships and execute plans with technical rigor.
- *Qualifications
- *Must-Have**
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.
- Proficient in SQL. Able to write advanced queries including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows. Comfortable prompting and iterating with AI tools.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. Able to create detailed documentation, complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated workflows.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Self-starter mentality. Able to work independently and drive projects forward without close supervision.
- Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and domains quickly. Adapts to changing technical requirements.
- Effective critical thinking.
- Experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
- Data annotation/labeling skills and LLM training experience.

- Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
- Experience with low-code/no-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation.
- Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
- Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.
- Experience with testing, developing, and implementing test strategies for products and features.
