Resilient Core Systems is building a secure, closed-loop AI-powered disaster recovery platform designed to transform how states and local governments assess damage and manage recovery before, during, and after major disasters.

We are looking for a
State Partnership Associate
.

This is an equity-based advisory role. You will be given targeted lists of state emergency management officials and clear direction. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to state and county emergency management agencies to build relationships and secure Letters of Intent (LOIs).

Who should apply:
• 2–5 years of professional experience (sales, government affairs, political, or outreach experience is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Financially stable and excited to join a ground-floor technology company through equity

Key Responsibilities (Future):
• Reach out to state and county emergency management agencies using provided lists and scripts
• Build initial relationships with government officials
• Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) from state and local EM agencies

Compensation
• Equity-only at this early stage (no salary for the first 3–6 months minimum)
• Salary + benefits will begin after the seed round closes
• Significant equity upside for early contributors
