About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented and analytically minded Strategic Business Planning Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Streaming Operations team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving business insights and decision-making across our European and African markets, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge in the dynamic streaming landscape.

As a Strategic Business Planning Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of our business execution and planning functions, providing a unified view of our streaming platform's trading performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, finance, and regional operations to optimize subscriber acquisition, retention, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our Business Execution and Planning team, you will:

• Lead Strategic Planning Initiatives: Support the development of comprehensive planning models, including annual operating plans and monthly forecasting models. Create executive-level summaries with streamlined calculations and clearly defined inputs and assumptions that drive strategic decision-making.
• Annual Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of our annual platform strategy and manage quarterly planning processes along with monthly and bi-monthly forecasting cycles. Ensure alignment between regional objectives and global strategic goals.
• Business Case Development: Model complex business cases and scenarios to support strategic decision-making regarding pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and monetization optimization opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc and in-depth analyses on drivers of performance for previous quarters, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with regional streaming teams, business development teams, finance teams, local market teams, and US advertising sales groups to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Business Updates: Support anticipation and preparation of EMEA and US business updates, ensuring accurate data presentation and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Communication: Tailor communications effectively to diverse audiences, including country teams, global teams, and executive leadership, presenting complex data in clear and compelling formats.

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience working in data-driven environments with a track record of driving decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.
