What You'll Bring
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and be comfortable navigating matrixed organizational structures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Major Account Management: Demonstrated experience managing major accounts in a matrixed environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and align resources effectively across multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Client Engagement Skills: Strong client engagement capabilities, including exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic opportunity identification, and equitable negotiation abilities that result in win-win outcomes.

- Strategic Account Planning: Lead the strategic account planning process, ensuring seamless alignment between client objectives, market dynamics, and our available resources. Develop comprehensive account strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Senior Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships across marketing and risk functions throughout the entire customer lifecycle, becoming an indispensable partner in their success.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for growth by uncovering gaps in organizational objectives and delivering tailored solutions that address specific client challenges and opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Financial Rewards:
- Competitive Base Salary: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive pay.
- Performance-Based Commission: This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings, with arenaflex commission targets generally ranging from 20% - 50% of base salary. Your earning potential grows with your success.
- Long-Term Incentives: Certain positions may be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
