Structural CAD Drafter (Contract / Part-Time – Ongoing Work)

We are seeking a Structural CAD Drafter to assist with ongoing project work on a contract or part-time basis. This is an immediate need, with the opportunity for consistent, long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare structural plan sets using provided calculations, markups, and architectural backgrounds
• Draft framing plans, foundation plans, and structural details
• Apply company templates, standards, and pen maps (colors/lineweights)
• Coordinate with our team to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings

Requirements:
• Experience drafting structural plans (residential and/or light commercial)
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of structural concepts (framing, load paths, connections, etc.)
• Ability to follow established templates and standards
• Not entry-level — some prior experience required

• Flexible schedule; remote is acceptable
