We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts within our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing professionals.

Responsibilities



  • Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring across multiple functions and levels

  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality)

  • Partner closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

  • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and performance goals

  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters across different specializations

  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles within the company

  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry


Requirements



  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions

  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains

  • Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions

  • Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement

  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
