What You'll Do as a Technical Customer Experience Representative
As a Technical Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to keep families safe. You'll be the friendly voice and knowledgeable expert that customers turn to when they need assistance with their home security systems. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to all technical support inquiries, ensuring every customer feels heard, understood, and valued from the first moment of contact.

Working Hours and Schedule
Our Contact Center operates from 8:00 AM to Midnight, seven days a week, ensuring that customers have access to support whenever they need it. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various lifestyles and preferences. Many of our current team members see their hourly rate increase to up to $21 per hour based on their schedule flexibility and exceptional performance within the first several months of joining our team.

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting fingerprints to the appropriate state department for conducting national criminal records searches and state criminal history searches.
