Must haves:
- Relevant working experience of 5 years or more
- Quality assurance experience
- Working familiarity with JavaScript, Laravel, MySQL
- Strong proven working experience as a project manager
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
- Smart and efficient reporting analytics
- Understanding of task ETAs and schedule management
- Click up and Jira Experience
- Strong follow up and communication skills
- Positive resource utility optimization
- Identify and engage team members for learning programs
Nice to haves:
- Excellent communication skills
- Product Management Exposure
- Flexible working hours- not a typical 9 to 5 job mind set
- Code reading would be considered a huge plus (for quality assurance)
