    Role & responsibilities
  • Engage with potential leads, primarily working professionals, to understand their career requirements.
  • Counsel candidates by clearly explaining Prime Pathways programs, services, and career pathways.
  • Qualify leads and schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for high-potential prospects.
  • Follow up with candidates after demo sessions to address questions, clarify concerns, and build confidence.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective guidance, timely follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing revenue equivalent to 5-10x of the offered salary.
  • Ensure completion of a minimum of 40 valid demo sessions every month.
  • Accurately update and maintain all lead details, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Preferred candidate profile
  • Candidates with prior sales experience are mandatory.
  • Experience in target-driven or revenue generation roles will be strongly preferred.
  • Candidates who have worked with monthly or daily sales targets and closures.
  • Individuals comfortable with a work-from-home / remote work setup.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle follow-ups, objections, and performance pressure.
  • Self-motivated professionals who can manage time, discipline, and productivity while working remotely.
  • Candidates eager to grow in a performance-based sales environment.
