We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Temporary Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview

As a Temporary Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of our brand, delivering exceptional service and creating seamless experiences for our customers across multiple channels including telephone, email, and live chat.

This position reports directly to the Customer Success Supervisor and plays a critical role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our business, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression while also contributing to our bottom line success.

What You'll Do

As an integral member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:


  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Interactions: Answer all customer inquiries during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner. Whether it's through phone, email, or chat, you'll be the human connection that makes our brand memorable.
  • Empower Decision-Making: Act as an empowered team member, exercising excellent judgment and decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand. You'll have the autonomy to resolve issues creatively and effectively.
  • Balance Empathy and Business Acumen: Be genuinely empathetic to customers' needs while maintaining a clear understanding of the business's bottom line. Find solutions that satisfy the customer while supporting company objectives.
  • Collect and Share Insights: Gather valuable customer feedback and share it with internal and external teams to ensure we're continuously meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed established daily interaction targets, with a minimum of 70 interactions per shift. Stay focused and efficient while maintaining service quality.
  • Support Team Collaboration: Be willing to take on additional projects and support team members across departments to support both business and customer needs.
  • Guide the Shopping Experience: Help customers navigate their shopping experience, answer product questions, provide styling suggestions, and support order-related inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Stay Brand-Aware: Demonstrate a passion for and deep understanding of arenaflex brands, our customers, and our products. Keep your finger on the pulse of relevant media, lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

Schedule and Availability

We offer a consistent and predictable schedule that supports work-life balance. The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Additionally, you may be asked to work occasional weekend shifts based on business needs. We value flexibility and understand that our team members have lives outside of work, so we strive to provide advance notice whenever possible for any schedule changes.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. You've handled customer inquiries before and know how to turn a dissatisfied customer into a happy one.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have access to a consistently stable internet connection. Since this is a remote position, your ability to stay connected is crucial for serving our customers without interruption.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to articulate clearly, write professionally, and adapt your communication style to different customers and situations.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members. We're a collaborative team, and flexibility is key to our success.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of both the customer and the business. You can think quickly on your feet and find solutions even in challenging situations.
  • Brand Passion: A genuine passion for and understanding of arenaflex brands, our customers, and our products. You should have your finger on the pulse of relevant media, lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or subscription-based services

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software

  • Experience in a remote work environment
