This Position Is For Someone With Junior Third Party Risk Experience. They Will Be Basically Sending Out A Compliance Questionaire To New Clients And Checking Boxes To Make Sure They New Client Is In Compliance.
- We need:
- Candidates need to be Technology Risk Management Consultant, you will support the technology governance and compliance program.
- You will operate key processes to identify, manage, and mitigate risks in coordination with the IT Risk Manager, the broader Technology organization, and stakeholders from across the firm.
- You are curious, independent, eager to learn, resourceful, and adaptive, and you work well with technical and non-technical teams.

- Collect and review information from third parties to identify key risks and prepare treatment recommendations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive timely and complete mitigation and validation of action items
- Maintain a timely, complete, and accurate status of Third-Party Risk Management activities in support of periodic management reporting
- Execute recurring control activities and prepare audit-evidence to demonstrate operation
- Validate the continuous operation of key processes identify and escalate observed deviations
- Assemble, organize, and deliver comprehensive evidence requested in audit reviews in a timely manner
- Contribute to the delivery of strategic priorities across technology, risk, governance, and identity and access management by completing tasks as assigned and by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Produce periodic metrics in support of leadership reporting on the state of technology risk
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data and evidence gathering and build solutions to put the ideas to fruition Qualifications
- Interest in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Experience in technology audit, governance, risk, and compliance, information security, or related field is preferred, and willingness to learn is required
- Experience working in a cloud environment - AWS preferred
- Exposure to technology domains, including network security, host, database, cloud infrastructure, and application security
- Familiarity with a range of best-of-breed security tools and applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP and/or AWS Security and Architecture certifications are encouraged
