Treasury Analyst

NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, creating world-class content across film, television, and streaming. The Treasury Analyst will provide cash management, forecasting, and oversight while implementing strategies for mitigating foreign exchange risk across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury activities including liquidity management, foreign exchange back-office trade settlements, intercompany transactions and banking operations
• Support the company’s cash and liquidity rolling forecast process including active engagement with business units, FP&A and Controllership to improve accuracy, reduce variances and identify key drivers and trends
• Evaluate opportunities to optimize cash visibility and reporting, streamline processes through automation and enhance internal controls
• Build scalable reporting and dashboards to enhance the accuracy, and timeliness of treasury reporting and analytics
• Engage with the local businesses Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams regarding treasury related services
• Participate in special projects to support the long-term Treasury Strategy

• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral, written & listening)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related degree preferred
• CTP or other professional designation a plus
• 1+ years of relevant treasury/finance role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on quantitative analysis and Power BI Reporting and Dashboards, a plus
• Familiarity with banking platforms, Quantum, Trax, Chatham and FXAll a plus
• Knowledge of FX markets, and related financial instruments
• Knowledge of media industry, a plus
