Key Responsibilities
As the Tutor Center Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that keep our centers running smoothly and ensure that our students receive the highest quality instruction possible. Operational Management
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day center operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across all programs

Qualifications and Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday-Thursday from 2:30-7:30 PM, Sunday from 1:30-5:30 PM, and occasional special events
- Willingness to work at both our Chattanooga and Hixson locations based on operational needs
- Must provide work authorization and pass a background check

- Previous management or leadership experience in an educational or customer service setting
- Demonstrated success in customer relations and sales
- Experience working with students in grades 2-12
