- What You’ll Do
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct professional video-conference presentations to educate homeowners on 2026 energy solutions, including the latest battery storage and PPA/Lease models.
- Proposal Engineering: Use our provided AI-driven design tools to create custom, data-backed energy reports.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule within our CRM to ensure a "white-glove" experience from the first click to the final installation.
- Autonomy in Action: Self-manage your day-to-day operations without the need for traditional "micromanagement" or daily office check-ins.
- Qualifications
- High Professionalism: You must maintain an elite virtual presence, including a professional home office background and clear communication skills.
- Extreme Self-Motivation: This role is for those who show up for themselves every day. No one will tell you when to "clock in."
- Sales Background: 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales (Real Estate, SaaS, Insurance, etc.) is highly recommended.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior solar experience is NOT required. We provide comprehensive product and software training for the right candidate.
- Technical Setup: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a laptop/computer capable of running advanced design software and video meetings.
- Compensation (Good Faith Estimate)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $92,000 – $158,000 per year.
