- Job Description:
- Drive High-Impact EPC Contracting
- Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC contracts for wind, solar PV, BESS, gas, and data center projects to support cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Manage the full lifecycle of EPC RFPs, from scope development to commercial evaluation and contract award
- Lead contract amendments and post-contract activities, including claims, warranty considerations, and contractor performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, major equipment suppliers, and critical vendors
- Monitor market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and commercial trends to inform sourcing strategies
- Coordinate closely with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to ensure all commercial, technical, and financial requirements are integrated into executed contracts
- Provide clear, concise communication that helps internal teams make fast, well-informed decisions
- Contribute to negotiating and managing equipment supply agreements as a secondary focus, ensuring commercial alignment with EPC scopes
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement for utility-scale energy projects; wind experience is highly valuable
- Strong relationship-building skills that support effective engagement with contractors and suppliers
- Ability to synthesize complex commercial and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills that support commercial evaluation and negotiation strategy
- Engineering background preferred
- High proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
