Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to provide a high-quality level of support for our Sales Team and ensure exceptional customer service our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, problem-solving team player who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 


Requirements

  

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business continuity by collaborating with account executives, maintain consistent communication with customers and oversee execution of key processes. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to orders or accounts.
  • Accurately process orders, quotes, and pricing, provide order status, estimated lead time, and manage any change requests or rush orders.
  • Provide product testing data, quality control information, current stock information, and inventory quantity checks.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Contractor support (bidding), technical questions, and documentation. 
  • Liaise with other departments, such as national accounts, customer service, credit, and finance, to ensure seamless order      fulfillment and a positive customer experience. 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused approach are crucial 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
