About This Role
As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from your home office, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our client brands. You'll interact with customers through incoming and outgoing calls, as well as digital channels, providing world-class support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy. What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) – this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Home Office Setup: A quiet, distraction-free environment suitable for remote work, with reliable internet connectivity.
- Technical Comfort: Strong computer navigation skills and solid knowledge of computer systems. Comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hardware Requirements: Desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing. High-speed internet connection (wireless/hotspot or satellite connections are not suitable). Smartphone required.
