Position Overview: Inbound Customer Service Representative – Billing & Account Support

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to customers across various touchpoints. This position focuses primarily on billing inquiries, account management, certification processes, renewals, and application-related questions. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an Inbound Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Residency: Must be a resident of Texas (proof of residency required upon hire).

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM).
