Sign-On Bonus and Rewards

We are excited to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for all eligible new hires in this position! Additionally, you will receive an additional $2,000 bonus at 180 days after your start date as a retention reward for your continued commitment and dedication to our members.

Position Overview

As a Medicare Customer Service Representative working from home, you will play a critical role in supporting our Medicare members across the country. You will be the first point of contact for members seeking information about their health care benefits, and your ability to provide empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient service will directly impact member satisfaction and retention.

This position requires a unique blend of skills—including exceptional communication abilities, patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others. You will be trained to handle a wide range of inquiries, from basic benefit questions to more complex issues requiring critical thinking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Member Education: Clearly explain and educate plan benefits, coverage options, and health care programs to Medicare members in a manner that is easy to understand

  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage incoming telephone contacts from members, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs with professionalism and care

  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve member issues by investigating problems, identifying solutions, and following through to ensure complete satisfaction

  • Compliant Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all member interactions using compliant standards and procedures

  • Empathetic Service Delivery: Provide empathetic, member-centric service that treats every individual with dignity, respect, and kindness

  • Expectation Exceeding: Strive to exceed member expectations with every interaction, aiming to turn every call into a positive experience

  • Professional Communication: Ensure that every member is shown respect and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved to the member's satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The pay range for this position is:


  • Minimum: $17.00 per hour

  • Maximum: $27.16 per hour

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in health care, insurance, or a related field

  • Medicare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare plans, benefits, and programs

  • Call Center Experience: Experience handling high-volume phone calls in a professional setting

  • Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to de-escalate tense situations and find mutually beneficial solutions

Education Requirements


  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
