- Technical Specifications:
- A computer running an authentic, validated, or native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- A USB headset and webcam for clear communication
- At least one 15" or larger monitor for efficient multitasking
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit for extended periods of time and maintain manual dexterity for typing and navigation.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy to ensure efficient workflow.
- Workspace Requirements: A quiet, distraction-free home office environment that allows you to focus fully on delivering exceptional service.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, with weekend availability as needed.
- Location: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
