Eligibility Criteria:
• 2 – 4 years of experience as a Zoho consultant.
• Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the Zoho Platform is a must.

Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Zoho Consultant :
• Great knowledge of databases, and expertise in Zoho analytics, Dashboards, and SQL query is a must.
• Knows how to write efficient deluge code and has to be extreme with Zoho cloud structure and solutions. (Zoho books, inventory, writer, sign, blueprints, widgets, etc) with at least 5 years of Zoho experience.
• To take ownership of the entire development life cycle of Zoho CRM from concept to production as well as support.
• Building custom workflows, rules, and scripts to automate various business processes.
• Design and build reports and dashboards as needed for various internal stakeholders.
• Great understanding of the Zoho Platform environment and great experience with at least 6-10 Zoho applications.
• Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work.

Soft Skills Required :

1. You should have 4+ years of work experience as a Zoho Consultant.

2. Hands-on experience with various Zoho products, mandatorily in Zoho CRM.

3. Possess a good understanding of API integrations, and data flow to and from different systems into Zoho CRM and vice versa.

4. Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution.

5. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to make decisions.

6. The ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must.

7. Must be fluent in English.
