What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are passionate about customer service and ready to represent Arenaflex at our Honolulu airport location. Here are the qualifications we're seeking:
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and handle luggage and baggage
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet Arenaflex attendance requirements
- Ability to maintain Arenaflex uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or travel industries
- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages spoken in Hawaii and the Pacific region
- Experience working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
