MUST HAVE: Current 360 Technology Agency Staffing Experience: Business Development + Sourcing
• *3+ years Business Development Experience in Staffing is Required **
Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Technology Recruiter to join their fully remote team
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries requiring tech talent
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of 360 agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must
• Proven experience placing technology roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
