The CEO Communications Strategist is a highly execution-focused communications professional responsible for preparing the CEO for both internal and external engagements through high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and executive-ready messaging. This role sits within the PR + Communications team and partners closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff, translating direction from the CEO, Chief of Staff, and CMO into polished, timely deliverables.

This is a hands-on, operational role with ownership of the day-to-day execution of CEO communications. Responsibilities include managing engagement preparation workflows, coordinating inputs and approvals, and building and maintaining PowerPoint presentations end-to-end. The role also partners across Marketing to support CEO involvement in key moments—such as product launches, integrated campaigns, and podcast appearances—working closely with Campaign + Content Delivery, Brand Marketing, PR, and the CEO’s administrative team to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and logistics.
